Week 6 Check-in
Service Description
This is your 1/2 way point check-in. What does this include? This includes a body composition assessment including weight, measurements, a body fat reading, and progress pictures. Available In-studio, In-home (for client's within a 10 mile radius of Watertown, WI), or online. We'll go over any updates that need to be made to your plan and complete your weekly check-in. What should I wear? Please come dressed in tight fitting clothes, a tank top or sports bra would be best. When is the best time to schedule? Due to our method of body fat reading, the most accurate reading would be taken after not eating, drinking, or exercising for 2 hours prior.
