Service Description
This is the final check-in of your 12 week plan. What does this include? This includes a body composition assessment including weight, measurements, a body fat reading, and progress pictures. We'll review your completed 12 week plan and set up any next steps. What should I wear? Please come dressed in tight fitting clothes, a tank top or sports bra would be best. When is the best time to schedule? Due to our method of body fat reading, the most accurate reading would be taken after not eating, drinking, or exercising for 2 hours prior.
