Your Certified Stretch & Flexibility Coach will assist you in unwinding your muscles to help you relieve tension, relax your body, improve your range of motion, and help you to decrease risk of injury in the comfort of your own home. Each session will be unique to your specific needs. Make stretching a weekly part of your routine! Once booked, you will receive a new client packet, along with a Pre-Stretch Session Questionnaire to be completed before your appointment.
