Service Description

A pop-up Outdoor Bootcamp is a 45 minute workout led by a Certified Personal Trainer. These classes will be offered only during June, July, and August on the pop-up dates on the schedule. These workouts include a combination of strength & cardio exercises and could include body weight exercises, exercise bands, jump ropes, trx, medicine balls, etc. Every class is different workout. Come ready to workout with a mat & water bottle.
